Conditions of Use: User Chemical Demonstration Safety Responsibilities

The chemical demonstrations described in the videos and demonstration procedures are suggested for use by chemical educators and other chemical professionals. It is assumed that qualified chemical professionals using these materials are familiar with the properties of the chemicals and with the characteristics of the materials involved in all of the demonstrations. Any attempts to repeat the demonstrations in this manual MUST be carried out under the supervision of a qualified chemical professional. Safety precautions such as the use of goggles, aprons, gloves, and so forth are assumed. It is also assumed that all chemicals used will be disposed of properly. Users of information in this video manual assume all responsibility for the use of this information, including the responsibility to check demonstration procedures for typographical and technical errors.
